Ted's passion for Kangen alkalized water and his dedication to improving his own health and well-being led him to discover the power of Kombucha. He's been an integral part of our journey from a small home-brewing operation to a thriving New Mexico licensed business. Ted's woodworking skills are on full display at our Kombuchery, where he's built beautiful wooden furniture and fixtures that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
